I don’t ever talk about politics. I hate the arguing that usually comes with it. Those closest to me know how I feel and that is what is important to me. But if there was ever a time to say something, it’s this moment. This year—and this election—has been one of the most anxiety-filled of my life, and I’m sure it’s the same for many others. But even if I get my desired outcome doesn’t mean everything will magically be ok, either. Whatever the result of this day is, I just hope it’s for the best of the country.
I hope those Americans who are able have exercised their right to vote, either early or at the polls today. Please enjoy this “I Voted” sticker I made for the occasion.
